Every batch of coffee that we deliver to wholesale partners is roasted on demand. This means that you get the freshest coffees to serve your daily customers. Look for the roast date on each bag of coffee and they are best consumed within 30-45 days and their best potential is enjoyed within 2-3 weeks from roast.
Golden Ticket and Legazpi are our flagship espresso blends loved by many. Golden Ticket is that familiar and comforting coffee, while Legazpi allows us to showcase the nuances and sweetness of Specialty Coffee.
For our wholesale partners, we offer our flagship blends throughout the year. Each blend was designed to have a unique and consistent flavor profile. Since day one, we have been transparent about the composition of each blend to ensure the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
Every month, we offer a range of seasonal coffees for filter and espresso. This allows us to share a variety of coffees for you to discover and enjoy. Our seasonal coffees give us the chance to showcase rare and fascinating coffees from our sourcing partners. Our Secret Stash coffees feature rare and interesting coffees from around the globe.
All roasts are logged via software for consistency. After each production roast, we cup each batch to ensure that it meets our internal standards.
We currently roast on two machines we love dearly, the Diedrich IR-5 and the Probat P12. Each roaster gives the coffees a unique character based on their internal design.
